If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Always refer to the contact number provided on the sidebar:
Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
A reason of “change of mind” is not a valid reason for return.
You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The Product is damaged due to transportation, fall, weather, extreme temperatures, shock, improper use, mishandling or negligence after the purchase of the Product;
The Product is damaged as a result of natural disaster or acts of God, e.g. fire, flood, lightning.
The Product is damaged as a result of connecting to irregular voltage sources.
The Product is altered, modified and repaired.
The Product was not purchased from us.
The Warranty period has expired
Exchanges or Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
You may elect your preference if you want an exchange or refund
We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange/refund after inspecting the item – 24 hours after our receipt.
If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange sent to your delivery details or process the refund to your original payment method.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
